Bosch and Neura Robotics aim to scale humanoid AI robots for industrial use
Neura Robotics Focuses on an Open Robotics Ecosystem
Neura Robotics, founded in Metzingen in 2019, relies on an open robotics ecosystem (the “Neuraverse”) where robots do not learn in isolation but instead share skills, data, and AI models. Through continuous software updates and machine learning, the performance of the entire robotics fleet is expected to improve steadily.
Neura’s approach encompasses both general-purpose humanoid robots and collaborative systems for industrial applications. Thanks to cognitive AI, these systems can handle tasks such as assembly, machine operation, and complex interactions. Planned and ongoing pilot projects—such as those with Schaeffler as a technology and supply partner—demonstrate that the market for intelligent robotics is growing, even within traditional industrial settings.
